Zovo Booklet Print

Print a PDF as a folded booklet or 2 or 4 pages per sheet.

Zovo Booklet Print re-arranges the pages of a PDF so you can print it as a booklet: print double-sided, fold the sheets in half together and staple on the fold, and the pages read in order. It adds blank pages at the end to fill the booklet to a multiple of 4, and it also makes 2-up and 4-up handouts. Choose Letter, A4, Tabloid or A3 paper, or let it match your page size. Right-to-left binding, a gutter at the fold and creep for thick booklets are options. Pages stay vector, so text stays sharp. You get the new PDF, a page-order table and the print setting to use.

Limitations

Up to 200 pages and 15 MB per PDF
Password-protected PDFs and PDFs with edit restrictions are refused
Links, comments and form fields are not carried into the new PDF; the page content is
Blank pages are added at the end of a booklet, not in the middle
It does not print: you print the PDF with your own printer settings

ChatGPT: once Zovo Booklet Print is approved, add it from the ChatGPT plugin directory.

Claude: go to Customize > Connectors > Add custom connector and enter https://pdf-booklet.zovo.one/mcp. No sign-in is needed. Once Zovo Booklet Print is listed in the Claude connector directory, you can add it from there too.
